			I've been told that this is not a regular game, but a free-of-charge demo that was given away on the 50th birthday of the japanese cycling club.

			You're right. It was given for free on the 50th birthday of the Super Keirin. I think it is an unfinished project. Instead of keeping it for themselves, they released it as a free demo/game. Gameplay is not very good (you can see on the video it was difficult for me to finish the race, the opponents went always faster than me ), and only one race is playable (333 to 500m). But the disc contains a lot of information about the Super Keirin race (stadiums,...).
