Best enhancer for the dreamcast?

I was wondering if there are any opinions on the best enhancer for the dreamcast.

Back in the 16-bit era, Game Genie was basically the only thing available in the states (europe had Datel I believe).

Starting in the 32-bit era is seemed to expand.

I have a Code Breaker I picked up back in the day. I've read it's supposed to be able to play imports though I haven't had a chance to try yet.

Are there really any differences? All of them just have lists of codes to adjust the game. I guess it's whichever has the largest number of codes you can find on the internet?

Is the hacking system basically the same for all dreamcast enhancers?

Is it still just the same old address + data mod, or are there any more tricky things going on?

I never owned a Dreamcast but wasn't there a Game Genie?

Nope, just the nes/snes/gameboy and genesis/gamegear. Nothing >16bit

The Gameshark CDX I'd say.

And yes it does let you play import. I use it all the time instead of a modchip.
