I'm looking to purchase a number of books (specific editions of various Terry Pratchett books) that are not available in the US, or on ebay, at Amazon UK. However, I'm not too familiar with the usual time for shipment from the UK to the US. Has anyone ever placed orders in Amazon's UK counterpart from stateside?
