Anyone that reads the Phoenix source and a couple of the tutorials (either mine or the SGL manual ones) can port almost anything to the Saturn, given some limitations.
Proof of that is the SMS Plus emulator, that has very few new things. (except the bitmap mode, but that is very well documented in the SGL manual, even if Denis uses a quite unusual syntax)...
BTW, I'm just finishing up with the third part of the tutorial, introducing a function to do file loads(same as Phoenix EMU), pallete setup and either a bitmap or tile based screen configuration (provably the first, since ppl will want and try to port C games to the Saturn  ) |
