Animatrix Styles

			The Animatrix has 8 styles of anime. I only noticed one: Ghost in the Shell stlye. That is Anime w/ 3D cars in it. The anime style is used in the short "Beyond". I was wonder what styles are from what anime.

			Well, I forgot which episode it was (let's face it, most are pretty forgettable), but one of them was done by Production I.G. and is pretty good. The art style is similar to GiTS or Vampire Hunter D:Bloodlust. The whole '3d vehicles/scenery meshed with anime' thing has been going on for a while, though... SAC was hardly the first to do it. It's a cheap way to get the animation done, really.

			Not all of Animatrix is anime. One of the episodes is made by the guys who did Aeon Flux and Chronicles of Riddick, and there is that episode with a sketchy style that sure ain't Japanese. It has been a while, but I think Detective Story wasn't anime either.

			Actually, the 'sketchy' one was done by a Japanese team IIRC.
