Note the wording, i.e. "you can find..." as opposed to something like "can you find...". Perhaps it's some form of cryptic message, or he's offering us Sega CDs?

Also note the "thanks more" bit, as in there's more to come?

No I believe that his grammar sucks. Try reading his post again, he says "please help me i'm fans of this two rare games for sega console". He requested these games.

I agree with what Fallstaff said in a similar thread, it's like seeing an accident before it happens. When someone requests, you just wanna point and scream, then realize most of the people asking are just too dumb to be warned anyways.
