I pick Excel Saga ^o^; It's provably the sillyest and senseless show ever made.

Golden Boy is second, the lead character is amazing.

Yes, Golden Boy is quite funny (still remember when the guy's hand turned into a penis ). Irresponsible Captain Tylor is another funny anime that I've seen.

Compared to many people here, I don't watch as much anime, but one of the funniest things I have seen in a manga is in the original first volume of Dragon Ball.

It's so funny how Goku goes up and "pat-pat"s people on their testacles to see if they're male or female.

My vote would be for The Irresponsible Captain Tyler. I don't know what it would come across like in the English dub, since I was watching it on the International Channel, and thankfully it was subbed for the Japanese impaired. Probably NOT as funny...

DNA^2 was pretty funny for its time, but I believe Excel Saga tops all animes as far as all out pure comidy... because it doesn't make any sense... at all.

Excel saga nd urusei yatsura and love hina all top the list, however I feel nadesico deserves honorable mention as well as possibly digicharat.
