Eternal Champions - much better than the cart version. Longer load times, but it has cutscenes and is easier to beat.
Flashback - just get it, it's in my top 5 favorite games of all time for any platform. I have both the cart and the SCD version as well as the sequel (Fade to Black) for PC. Although the sequel was a bit of a let down...
Rise of the Dragon - not a bad little game. Quite confusing at times since it's not linear, but that could also be why it wasn't half bad. The ending arcade sequence really pissed me off for some time though, but I finally figured out how to beat it.
Wing Commander - certainly not as good as the PC version. Even though it has speech, it's pretty poorly done IMO. Certainly not the quality of the PC WCII speech pack add on. A little difficult to play with a controller, but if you have a joystick it should be just fine. Not sure if this or the X-Wing series by Lucas Arts are my favorite flight sims.
Haven't played much else on that list. A few games that I have that I never play for one reason or another are Jurrasic Park (doesn't look to bad), Prize Fighter (beat it, very repetitive), Sewer Shark (good lord is this a pile of crap), Slipheed and Stellar Fire (not a shooter fan). |
