Ok ive almost sorted it out now, after reading the other posts saying about the saturn loading saying disc not suitable people said they opened the lid and closed and it worked well that works for me  so i know the mod chip is working nowalthough it always seems to load up saying disc unsuitable (i havent tried many games yet so maybe others wont)
But im still getting the problem that it puts my tv on standby then turns it back on, nope its not and import it is a PAL cdr of Shining force 3 scen 1 but it also does it with my original PAL sega rally.
Could it be the mod chip connection to the 5v output because i havent soldered that in yet as i have been testing things out so could that be the cause?
Will solder it in properly soon and let people know.
