		This file is part of the Platform SDK, which can be downloaded free from msdn.microsoft.com.

		That file is gonna be a b*tch to download though...it being Microsoft, it's guaranteed to be huge, and how do we know he isn't on a 56k modem? ... I say do him the favor. I would except I'm not even on my computer at home right now :-/

		I'm just recommending it... I've sent him the file (not that I know what version of the Platform SDK VC++ comes with), but it's probably a good idea to make sure to have an up-to-date Platform SDK install anyway.

		yay i dl the SDK and the extra files, with my sucky 14.4k connection.

		downloaded it too, took 30 min.. IMO Directx is crappy compared to OpenGl...but i wanna learn some anyway..
