Since normal rule = BAN I have talked with Ice on some ideas and have posted them on 101. We hope this clears issues on posting. Just rem if you WANT a proggie, BUY IT!. SCD and old retro talk is different......but if you talk about Dling PSX, DC, WAREZ, SERIALZ, etc = BAN.
