Try to use slinga's savegame loader ! Searching about Game Basic for Saturn i found this site : http://www.planetweb.com/gamexch/... Here you can download hundreds of savegames. It would be a good start to try your savegame loader, slinga. But the link provided by Daniel Eriksson is still a dead link  can you fix this, Daniel ?
