Super Mario RPG

It's easy to say that Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars is one of the greatest games of all time. Not only does the game have superb graphics, an awesome soundtrack, and an awesome storyline, but it was also designed by Square, or now, Square Enix. Square did a great job turning a Mario Type game into a Final Fantasy type game. At first, the sound of turning a Mario game into an RPG seemed ludicrous, but get Square to do it and look what happened. Take a look at the graphics. How much better can you get? These graphics almost outdo the N64! You also got the two, one time appearance characters Geno and Mallow. Man! If only Nintendo would just make a remake or at least get those characters back. The story line is extensive, the game keeps you glued to your seat. It's Mario fun in an RPG! I don't think even Super Star Saga or Paper Mario can come close to this game. You got your timed hits, your specials, your stats. Yes, Super Star Saga and Paper Mario weren't the first Mario RPG titles to use this. This game is awesome and worth playing even 10 years later. It's not one of those games you turn on and go "Blech!" to the horrible graphics or at the simplicity of the games. If Square made it, it's good. And this game, it's very good.
