Nintendo's first system was used much like a widescale peice of electrical equipment for seeing what would sell and what would not after the gaming crash of 1984. What accesories can you come up with that came out for the NES, which today seam strange or are unheard of in todays consoles? The first that comes to mind for me is the powerglove: http://www.gaming-age.com/specials/adspeci...cial/... edit: Oh, and this one looks interesting to: http://www.gaming-age.com/specials/adspeci...ial/u... I remember those two products. I've seen commercials of them when I was young. BTW, that little red X. Just a thought. |

there was the power pad (http://www.chartrand.org/juiio/ebay/Powerpad.jpg...) the granddaddy of Dance Dance Revolution. That is the only reason i bust out my NES every now and then, since every other game i can play on my dreamcast. there was also R.O.B. (robotic operating buddy) (http://abacus.sj.ipixmedia.com/abc/M28/_EB...1b943...) I never had one of these, but he sure looked neat. (Edited by Supergrom at 12:11 am on Feb. 18, 2002) |
