sonic cd problem

			I just got sonic cd and whenever i try to play it, i get a picture of robotnik holding a sign which reads "ramcartridge is not initialized. use options to initialize ram cart" what do i do? I dont' even have a ram cart. Do i need one for this game?

			Initialize mean to format the RAM cart, to erase it. But it's weird that you're getting this even though you don't have a cart. Have you tried checking the built-in RAM in the Sega CD system? Maybe it needs to be formatted.
