Solder Bridge on Modchip

			I have a 32pin Saturn and I am a beginner at soldering. My chip has two wires coming out of it (one blue and one red). What is the process for making a Solder Bridge between points A and B? All I see is a hole for point B. Do I use a really short wire to connect the two points? Or do I just spread Solder between the two points?

			you can do ether i just taped it to the piont's and it worked
