Someone who I have been talking to on IRC has got hold of a Genesis Development Card. However, it is just a bare card without any software. Does anyone here have a copy official development kit software for it so he can write to it? Can anyone supply a link to where he can download it?
Specifically, he's after SEGALOAD.EXE and SEGADEV.EXE that were mentioned in the Sega Programming FAQ.
It is NOT the Psy-Q dev kit that is out and about.
