I was wondering if Saturn Orbit is bugged for me and has yet to be updated in a looong time, what do I do? Is there any other development environment I can learn from to make Saturn games on?

Seriously this is driving me crazy I can't make games for the Dreamcast dev cpp cause its bugged and is not working, the Genesis one has no tutorials what so ever and Saturn Orbit wont work but has all the tutorials I'm really having some bad luck huh?

I see this complaint a lot actually.

Perhaps it's time to start a new SegaXtreme project, making a SaturnOrbit replacement?

As much as I love Dev-C++ it is outdated abandoneware. The dev team has moved to other projects well mainly the Wxwidgets DevC++. A few people have tried to port a few of the fixes implement in that to Dev-C++ with mixed results IIRC. Maybe Codebocks or some other IDE would work as a good replacement.
