Yes and no. There are quite possibly some extra tricks here, and the SLI implementation is superior to begin with. But the most important difference: One 6600GT core is good, so two should be good too. Whereas by the time they finally showed up, one VSA 100 core was junk, and two created expensive junk.
If they can bring it in at a good price point, it should produce impressive results. Otherwise it's just a silly gimmick. |
