simple swap trick problems

We all know that we need to perform the extended swap trick - swapping cd's twice - if the CD-R contains CDDA tracks.

Now I noticed another problem that may occur

when swapping only once:

CD file access will fail if the data track of the boot game cd is smaller than that of the CD-R!

This occured when I booted up a 50 MByte emu CD-R with SEGA Rally(24 MByte data track).

With Bug (110 MByte data track) it works.
