I heard its quite one of the nice chip..

I am not sure about the 21 wires

I formatted the whole thing so (you can customize it to your own) download your own dash board Emulator ect

Yeah, only downside is that you can't disable it (iirc). Other than that, it has all functions that modern 70+ $ modchips are offering

I have a gray jp model 1 saturn that is modded with a 20/21 modchip are you interested? I planned on getting a xbox for sometime for use as a mediacenter and saturn games bore me now, so let me know.
