I recently bought a Sega CDX off of ebay "as is". It works, but wether I try playing a Genesis cart or a CD, I get garbled graphics for almost anything with moveing sprites or possible collision detection. Like Sonic, he's all garbled, but the background is fine.
Is this a side effect from using the wrong adapter? The gen model 2 adapter fits, but the Sega CDX wants a 9.5v adapter when the gen model 2 adapter is 10v. Is that enough to make a difference, or is this Sega CDX just broken? |
