Screen cut after conversion

			long story short. i converted Sega Rally EURO from E to U... i had to use my action replay to load it (system is modded) as my system on boot said the disc was inappropriate. i got the game to boot, but the screen is HORRIDLY cut off (cuz of the size dif between PAL and NTSC) there's no rolling..it's running at 60hz properly. anyone know how to do the resize? thanks

			Rewrite the display code to render a smaller display. As far as I know, that's pretty much the only thing that can be done.

			If you hadn't guessed from ExCyber's answer, there's realistically nothing you can do to make a full screen PAL game (which Sega Rally is) run OK on a 'NTSC only' TV. Either buy or download the US or Japanese version.
