Savegame transfer to WinXP ?

			Hy, I am looking for a software to transfer DC savegames to my Windows XP based PC. The only software I have found so far, is the Nexus DC Linker, but it only runs on Windows 95/98 and the menu is extremly terrible. Do you know any software ?
