1.) Of course it can, any iso/mp3 iso/wav it can make one for.

2.) I am not quite sure of what your asking.. Have someone else dictate that one for you.

Can you supply me with a link? Since I heard the Sega CD her no copy protection........ I kinda want to buy one now. I am also a giant Urusei Yatsura fan, but I dont want to also buy a mega cd just to play the game.

Copy protection, no.

Region 'protection', yes.

Apparently the carts don't work with 100% of games, whereas a multibios will.

AFAIK only Arakon... has ever made multibioses.

Carts you can probably get from eBay.

Yes, I know it has region protection, hence why I asked.

What is a multibios exactly, its starting to sound liek a modchip except for regions, how do you isntall one? And are they still made?

Links?

it's basically a switchable bios.

btw, arakon.dyndns.org might work better, rather than hn.org.

mail me if you want one, I believe I still have a few chips around.

Arakon, what would someone need to make their own multi-bios chip?

Please see my thread farther down for more info.
