Do you know, if this model is a 21 pin Version in order to use the modchip from lik sang? |

I'm 99% sure that's a Model 1 Saturn. Which means it would need a 20 pin mod. To confirm the Model #, what shaped power and reset buttons does it have? |

the only way to know is to open it and count the pins, i have a model 1 thats 21 pins |

One of the FAQs from gamesfaqs... lists the MK 80000 as the first American model made. I only said 99% because I haven't seen it for myself. |

Theres a white ribbon cable connecting the CD drive assembly to the main board. Simply pull that out (it's v/easy) and count the pins on it. |

Wonders will never cease to amaze. 21 pin in a MK-80000. Next you need to buy a mod board. I got mine from Lik-Sang.... |
