Saturn HELP:disc drive doesn't spin..

			Saturn HELP:disc drive doesn't spin.. Hi, I bought for cheap a non-working Sega Saturn (non modded model 2 PAL).It has this problem:it regualrly boots,but the cd drive doesn't spin or better:sometimes it spins a bit once I insert a cd then it stops and give always the message:"DRIVE EMPTY". I thought it was a laser calibration problem so I joked with the laser trimmer (I also have an other identical working Sega Saturn so I look into it for the right laser settings) but nothing to do.What can I do?I have to trash it?Is the laser unit dead and have to change it,it worth it?Could someone give me advices about? Thanks in advance

No..if I power up the laser strenght by the orange screw then the cd drive begin to spin but give me always the "DRIVE EMPTY" message after checking disc format

It's a pity,I don't wanna trash it !

By the way,what is the right setting for the laser strenght?

Do exist replacements for Saturn cd drive and shops that sell them?

			Saturn HELP:disc drive doesn't spin.. for a cd drive replacement the easiest thing to do would be to get a broken saturn from somewhere with a working cd drive. (ebay?)
