Region patcher doesnt work :(

		Sega Saturn Region Patcher SRP... I get this error: [attachmentid=1654] Ive downloaded it a couple of times from the site and always the same. Can anyone suggest another patching tool? or how to fix this one?

		Yep, you need the .net framework v1.1 else you will get this error. (people never read the .txt file)
