Ram Cart Question

		After looking at the large amounts of 2D fighters available on the Saturn, I saw that many of them require the 1 or 4MB Ram carts. I know that most SNK games on the Saturn need a Ram cart. Also, I am aware that many Capcom fighters require a Ram cart as well. However, I am positive that a few of the Capcom games don't need it to run. Other than the Capcom fighters released in the US, what games don't need the cart?

		I know Cyberbots doesn't require it and still manages to be pretty fluid, but after playing it with the extra frames the cart allows for, it's really hard to go back.

		Doesn't the Japanese version of COTA actually run faster than the others?

		Pocket Fighters too great game. I only have the JPN version but I wouldn't know why would it play any faster than the US version.
