racketboy's New Batch of Saturn Modchips

I have lots of Sega Saturn Mod Chips... avalible

These chips are mainly for model 2 (round button) Saturns, but supposedly... there is a way to get them to work on model 1s (oval button).

In case you don't know, will allow you to play backups on your console and the installation is quite easy....

Each chip will be $12.95

Worldwide shipping is $3.50 per order

Combine with a RAM cart to save on shipping...

Your order will be shipped the next business day via First Class Mail (US) or International Air-Mail. If you need extra-fast delivery and/or insurance, please contact me.

If you are interested, you can go ahead and email or PM me. (Email is prefered)

More info can be be found here:

These Modchips are just as good as any other too. Don't let the low price fool you. I hacked mine to work in my 20 pin saturn.

Hey Racketboy -

Are you gonna get more RAM carts? I notice your blog says they're out of stock.

I might next month.

Email me if you want me to update you.

I've had a few more people ask me about them, so if I have enough interest, I'll restock.

Have you had any feedback on the ram carts? I couldn't get mine to work with a couple titles. Here's what I tried.

Works:

Marvel vs Street Fighter

Metal SLug

Real Bout Fatal Fury Special

Samurai Showdown IV

Xmen vs Street Fighter

World Heroes Perfect

Wont work:

Street Fighter Zero 3

King of Fighters 97

I have yet to try these titles with a different ram cart, or even a different saturn.

Has anyone had any luck with these titles?

thanks,

King.

Is that a AR Plus? If so you need to make a simple mod.

no they are different than the AR carts -- they were JUST RAM carts.

What's the switch for?

I might get a batch or buy a unit for myself if it doesn't have menus or splash screens seems better than the AR+

I'll probably be restocking on the carts next month

no one has tested these games?? =/

I opened it up, it's made in 1998 by 'kent'.

might suffer from the same issues that the early AR4in1's did.

you're talking about the RAM carts, right?

I think you're right -- but I'd appreciate it if you can keep the rest of the conversation on the modchips.

I believe I have an older thread about the carts...
