ST Dragon - Nov 26, 2005

Hello,

I was wondering if the two cool Mechs from Psyvariar II on the PS-2 & DC, were ever released as fully articulated Mech action figures similar to the Macross / Robotech VF Mechs by Bandai & Yamato?

Psyvariar 2 - Kei Miroku Mech:

Psyvariar 2 - Yuei Gosuke Mech:

YF-19 Mech by Yamato from Macross Plus:

YF-21 Mech by Yamato from Macross Plus:

VF-1S Mech by Bandai from Robotech / Macross Saga:

If so, by what company & what price?

Any Links?

Thanks in advance.

they look familiar, i'm sure they've been made as each hobby store around here has at least 1,000 different models to choose from. kinda crazy actually.

Where is "here" exactly?

In this part of the world that I live, there are no model shops that sell Mechas of any kind what so ever!

Do they have these 2 specific Psyvariar Mechs at your model shops?

The three Macross gentlemen above, I had to order them from a shop in New York that specializes in Japanese toys.

Iām fortunately; Iāve never come across the 2 Psyvariar II Mechs in any on-line store that Iāve looked so far.

So one can only come to the conclusion that no company has turned them into action figures yet. Which would be a pity considering how cool they look in the posters & in the game. Also, since they do not transform like Macross & Transformers, they should be a lot more detailed.
