Problem with regions :S

		Hi! Well, two years ago i installed the region switch to my saturn for play with import games, some days later my saturn appears with the black screen. I bougth a new motherboard to a guy, i replaced my old motherboard, and the cd drive did'nt work. Today i fixed the cd drive, but now i have problem with regions again. When i put a game pal/jap/usa appear that the disc format is not correct.. blabla (they are original dics), i see in the motherboard and the jps for the region are remove. The jp12 conection is remove (only appear one point of conection, the other point doesn't appear) and i cannot solder on it. The red mark is the connection that is remove :S Any alternative point please? Sorry my horrible english :S

		I know this doesn't really answer your question, however have you ever considered using a cart based solution? Personally my Saturn is only modded for backups, and I use an AR 4m+ to play imports.

		Can you not solder onto the pad to the right of the missing pad? aren't they common points? This page has a good description of the jumpers http://www.gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=imports:seg...
