hey, can anyone in here help me with flashing my BIOS on an ol' socket 370 Soyo board?
I keep getting this error and the BIOS has already been deleted so the thing is junk until I can get a new one on it.
For anyone reading... It is a SOYO SY-6IZA/NA Socket 370
AWARD BIOS
I am flashing it with the 6IZA2CA1 bios
I get a checksum error during it
and then it says "flash type unknown" and stops.
BRB
oh the checksum it gets is: 6453H
I believe it is because it can't find a BIOS on the ROM and locks up because of that. |
