Prices of different models of the Saturn

Iv stumbled onto a couple of Saturn systems. I might be willing to sell them but I dont know what a good asking price is.

1 Saturn is most likely a 21 CD Ribon with a 32 pin IC and 2 other ones are saturns with the oval buttons, but these ones are the 20 pin version I believe.

I might mod the Saturn with 21 pin and sell it.

So the question is, what would people be willing to pay for these systems?

I dont know if this should be in the buy sale thread, i figured no since technically right now nothing is for sale.

No, if you're talking about selling Saturns then the thread should go.

These should give you an idea...

There shouldn't be too much difference in price between the different models.

One is easier for the swap trick and the other is easier to mod.

The 32 pin model 2 Saturn is sold, the other two (Model 1 Saturns) are still available.

These systems are the core system, no controllers, hookups or power cords.

Asking $15 plus shipping. (Shipping is about $10-$12)

Im on the prowl for some more stuff, Ill post if I find anything else.

unless you have below rare Saturn don't expect big margin.

Hi-Navi

Sonic Saturn

Derby Skeleton

This is Cool Skeleon

Otherwise they are pretty much run of mill although JP Saturn tend to fetch more than US or PAL.

I still need to chase down Derby Skeleton and possibly Hi-Navi eventually... ;p

cheers

Not necessarily, people are willing to pay a few extra bucks for a Saturn that is known to be 32 pin IC as well as ones that are pre modded.

The ones I have listed now I know have very little if any demand at all.

for mod chip purpose the potential candidate could be JVC V-Saturn with round button.

I've seen few used as a test bed in mod chip installation tutorials and the one I have is also mod friendly although I took it out to keep my V-Saturn stock standard.

Now if I could put the mod chip into my Skeleton.... but then I will want to put big LED as well and so on and on...
