Hey, how is everyone?

I have attempted to play Phantasy Star 4 many times on an emulator since my Genesis broke way back when.

My major concern is that everytime I get to the sand castle early on in the game, it freezes. I have tried all the emulators that I know about but they all freeze around the same time, just before entering a battle.

If anyone has any solutions to this problem or know of a way around it, I would appreciated greatly.

agreed, that is commonplace with incomplete dumps, crashing or wierd things when you enter a certain area.

GoodGen can help you know which roms are good and which ones certainly aren't

PS4 has a very basic banking system; there are known problems with it on emulators that don't emulate the banking. Most current emulators (Kega, Gens, Ages, DGen) probably emulate it correctly though.

seems to me that the forum header used to say something like "don't mention roms", but i might just be confusing that for "don't mention d.c. iso's"
