Old arcade game...

Seeing games like Metal Slug 1 as well as outrun on sega ages again reminded me of my childhood playing games in the arcades. There is one, however, I am wishing to find again but I am unsure of the name. It is a racing/shooting game. Various upgrades can be dropped to you via plane or something. Its about 10 years old, give or take, cuz I honestly dont remember the last time I played it. You go around shooting your oponents and things trying to stop you I think... anyone have any clue what i am talking about?

SCI is a good guess. Others would be Spy Hunter, Road Blasters, or Chase HQ.

at the start of the game fo you travel along an elevated freeway where you have to also jump gaps in the road?

Also when you het powerups you have to "jump" to get them?

From the screen shots I have found I have a feeling it was Chase H.Q.

It was probably Roadblasters. That game had really cool stuff.
