NiGHTS videos can't be played on Saturn

My burned NiGHTS game can be played on my US Saturn, but strangely the videos for the intro as well as ending, does not play at all. However, my original NiGHTS demo game can play the video. Anyone knows why?

It could require you have a Sega Saturn Mpeg card to decode the video's. The card goes in the battery bay if you look in back of it you'll see the slot the card plugs into. I believe the Japanese version of Lunar for the Sega Saturn required it to play the videos on the disc also

However maybe your version of Nights does also? Is it a Japanese version of the game?

The PAL version doesn't play the videos on an NTSC machine and vice versa.

It could also be a problem with your image. Nights has its videos on the 2nd data track and if your image is not well done, video files are not present at the place they must be (links between TOC of 1st data track and data on the 2nd data track).

Nights does not require the video MPEG card.

And we have a winner!

Most likely the problem in this case. Not the mpeg card. If it were the lack of an mpeg card the original wouldn't work either, doy.
