Need diagrams for this model

			Hi Guys I have a Saturn (round buttons) and a chip but no matter how hard I look I cannot find the diagrams for it. Can some identify this type in the picture and advise me where to look. Thanks

			You're fuxed. You have one of the VERY rare no IC models... and as far as anyone can figure out, they're completely unmodable. I know how this feels, heh, I just traded DC's with Jurai because I got a DC and it turned out it was one of the very last models that CANNOT boot CD-R under any circumstances...

			Well thats strange cuz I found out that by shorting points A & B on the chip and taking out the trap board and installing the chip from there it works. And yes it does cuz I've just done it. Never give up people

			sweet -- maybe you could write up a little tutorial and post it on here for any newbies that may be interested in such a modification congrats on your fix!

			Here ya go I cant take the credit though, this guy did all the work. Where are ya man stand up and take a bow. I did however find out that you do not need the trap board (small PCB on the right) take it out and plug in the mod as normal. Good luck Here's the link...

			Well that makes two people that have been able to mod Saturns that have the PC trap board. Where did you get your mod from?

			No idea my mate ordered it. But from what I can see its the standard 21 pin mod that plugs into the board and has the ribbon cable plugged into it.

			If you could find out where it came from I'd really appreciate it. Not all mods are created equal.

			Gah, serves me right sort of. Just bought a Saturn on eBay. Opened it up and I'm confused as sin, this thing doesn't look like any of the Saturns from the mod pics! Little research from here and I find out about this PC trap thing. Just ordered a chip from Jandaman, I'll update as to if I get it working or not with this method.

			Ok, just got and installed the modchip tody per Mr. Frog's instructions. I'll report back tonight on if it actually worked.

			Have I met with failiure? I only had one ISo to test with (Guardian Heroes) and it loads up as a music CD but the Toshinden that came with the Saturn plays fine. I'll find some way to get some more games to try but as of now, it is a failiure
