That Dreamcast reverse scan is actually from 2K1, as is the description at the top of your post.

I bought NBA 2K1 with my Dreamcast, and it was the most fun I'd ever had in a sports game. 2K2 is even better with new animations, enhanced graphics, and lots of cool new stuff.

Best basketball game ever. One of te Dreamcast's best as well (Not just sports-wise).

This is also the only game I can think of that was released on all four current generation consoles. Were there any others?

Capcom vs. SNK 2? Not the same version across the board though, as the Xbox and GCN ones are the 'EO' version.... or something.
