I've noticed that its hard to get girls into games, but when you finally find one they love they never put it down. Crazy women :huh My favorite game to play against my gf (my ex now, but when we were going out...) was Death tank on saturn. I totally kicked her ass every game and it was hilarious to see how mad she got, especially when I taunted her (hovercoil rules for this, those of you who've played it) As for my chick friends simple games like Mario party minigames are what they go for. I've found that gaming controls have to be simple for girls to give it a real chance...otherwise they get frusterated quick and give up. I'm generalizing of course, there are those few gamer girls who kick ass at games and put real time into them.

Hey, you never did update us on that... Well it sounds like you're happier in the relationship so congrats, I guess it took you breaking up with her for her to be nicer to you. Well, like I said, women are crazy. <!--QuoteBegin-r acketboy@Nov 25, 2003 @ 08:42 PM Then she got really steamed when I told her to use the "Easy" mode on MvC2. (which isn't that big of a deal).[/quote] I can't believe you said that! Yea, fighting games are one of the least popular gaming genres amount girls (from what I've seen anyway...) They seem to take losing at fighting games the more personally than other genres. I tried playing DOA3 against my gf but I could predict every move so it pissed her off that I could counter everything she threw at me. She never did like my suggestions for fighting games before that though, so I donno. Maybe I'm just too damn good  ---Ammut |
