		Is possible to use Megadrive PAD on PC inserted in the com1 port ? without open and/or modify the PAD ?

		no also should be in either the megadrive/genesis forum, or tech help really www.gamesx.com... has detail of the pinouts for most systems, so you might be able to hack something together
