Locked tracks in MSR

			hi, I've recently played through MSR on the Dreamcast, I've beaten every race, I wasn't using any cheats or cheat vehicles, still some tracks are locked, about 10 I think, how is one supposed to unlock those???

			Theres a PAL version which has many bugs I once got 3 Jokers in a race but they never appeared same thing for a Special race nothing happened, if the US version accepts PAL saves I´ll just import the game since people say its bug free.

			so I take it the tracks schould actually be unlocked? cause I happen to own a PAL version

			I was aware of the PAL Version having bugs, but I thought it was something like a race with infinit lap number so you can't finish it, or lap times set to high to complete a race, I've never heard of locked tracks after finishing the game... I've also heard that not every PAL Version da those bugs, just some did ... correct me if I am wrong ^^
