I've sent 3 e-mails via eBay messenging to seller. He/she doesn't reply... This is stupid. I have cash, I am totally willing to pay. But I'm not an idiot. I need some communication. I'd rather risk negative feedback then get scammed for 1.5K$US...

We just started from the wrong foot. Once I actually got the seller's phone number and had a nice conversation, things got much better. Right now I'm a happy owner of a fully loaded Dreamcast Katana development station 5.24 with Katana SDK 10.1. It's a beauty! Never used. Built to last forever. SEGA was amazing with their hardware. I'm really happy how this all ended.
