Good movie.... Animation is very different for anime (almost reminds me of old Ralph Bashki movies). It is technically a low budge anime movie as far as the production costs. The story is very intriguing and very confusing at times but all makes more sense in the end type of a movie.
I highly recommend it but dont expect an action packed movie with explosions everywhere....it does have its moments of action but is more plot-driven in the vein of Ghost in the Shell (which also is another movie by Mamoru Oshii).
Totally recommended....
