i just picked up me a Sega CD and Genisis ( they were actually bonus items that i was counting on working ) the sega genisis was broken but i didnt care as i already had a genisis its the Sega CD i wanted and after many minutes of agravating as to how to open the damn cd tray i realise i should hook it up to the tv and see. Ayways a freind of mine on the net sent me some of his games in Clone CD iso's he said they may work but he didnt try should i bother burning them or will they not work in my Sega CD?

oh and by the way any1 wanna free ( COUGHnotworkingCHOUGH ) Sega Genisis

They'll probably work, though CloneCD is really overkill for Sega CD games.

They should work OK if the country code of the games matches that of your Sega CD system. If the country codes are different...

Most (but not all) European games can be converted to US, and vice versa, using Scdconv.... Very few Japanese games appear to be able to be converted.

This probably won't be that useful though, because I don't believe that Scdconv works on Clone CD images.

You'd need to use CDmage... to extract the iso and audio tracks, convert the iso's country code and then burn.
