has anyone open up a sega cdx

			im trying open a sega cdx i have the bottom, off, i m having a hard time getting inside out, it stuck on the top, and i feel if apply to much force im going break the board, the reason why im opening it is cause i bought it at ebay, the person said that the ac output does nt work, like i u put a plug in nothing happen, but if u used it as cd player by putting battery it works, i m trying to replace the socket, well any can some one show me how to take it off exactly

			be very careful while opening it. since i opened mine 4 years ago i messed up the lid and now i have to open it manually heh. be caerful!

			Yea I agree be careful. If you dont know EXACTLY what your doing, Id recommend having a sega servicer do it.....I mean the Sega CDX is worth MORE then the service........

			ok when i unsrew all the srew do u be really slow on moving the board out, could u give me a tip on how u push it out, And also just to make sure u cant power the sega cd or geniesis with battery right it only works as a cd player and u wont get a single with battery?
