Got background working, but..

			TakaIsSilly! http://phemusat.tripod.com/bgdebug.zip... (main.c) Got working foreground with background (but foreground uses background tiles). If switch slPageNbg0 to tile_data from tile_data2 (tile_data2 is the bg tiles, tile_data is fg tiles) somehow BG layer not displayed only fg layer. slPageNbg0 is the foreground page when for both slPageNbg0 and Nbg1 we use tile_data2 - we have foreground and background layer working together ok. Ok, please, look at this version code.

			Oh, the wierd BG bug... BG0 is the upper layer, and is the only one that has transparency enabled. I'll see about the background layer... must be a bug in the way I created the tiles.
