No. The serial port is not compatible with Genesis controllers.

I was stupid to leave mine at home! I mean I bought mine for 25$!!! (Retail value was 150$ for this model) Had remote for it and zoom section and all! Svideo and AV output. Beaut! Caan belive i left it at home! Was a GREAT item for laptops.

Bought one from COMPUSA for $130 it overheated, took it back got a different brand for $125 and it doesn't overheat but both give a fairly hazed look to the screen and reading becomes hard on the eyes.

saw a pci card with a vga - Composite out adapter for £30 from maplins a while back. Dont know if they still do them. Connects to your vga with a pass through cable
