fried saturn ?

		hi there, I've got a 32pin saturn with a 50/60Hz switch. the other day the modchip died all of a sudden, since then I've installed a new one. It works great but now the top of the screen is like waving for no reason ? What could possibly be the problem ? I've double checked the soldering and the track cut for the 60hz switch, and it all seems fine did I fry my saturn somehow ? thanks for any clue,
