?free gif animator

		I plan on making a website dedicated to flash animatons but i need a gif animator so the process will be 100 time easier. Does anyone know a free, non trial, doesn't-need-to-be-cracked gif animator that I could use?

		The Gimp.... Doesn't get much freer than that. If you have a drawing program you're comfortable with you can draw the frames as separate images and combine the files into one animated GIF with a program like ImageMagick....

		Animation Shop comes with PSP.... Microsoft GIF Animator is 100% freeware if you can find it. It's pretty nice, too.
